This medically-approved, progressive aerobic course is choreographed for the non-dancer. It features a wide variety of motivating music and challenging steps that change each session. Our exclusive vertical floor exercises, 'VERTIFIRM,' tone the muscles head-to-toe with the optional use of upper and lower body weights. Strengthen your cardiovascular system by monitoring your heart rate and working at a level that is comfortable for you. The instructor is certified and CPR-trained.  Bring a mat, handweights, and ankle weights.  New students can try a FREE class anytime.  Drop-in fees are $10 per class.
