The fundamental principles of pilates will be practiced. Core work is the essence of all movement. Exercises help develop core control, integrating the trunk, pelvis, and shoulder girdle muscles. Tone and tighten the midsection, strengthen the abdominals, prevent back injury, and improve your posture. Please bring a mat as most of the class consists of floor work. Any student who signs up for more than one Fitness RX class will receive $10 off each class. This special does not apply to two students signing up together. |
