This is a great class for exercising isolated muscle groups, which safely tone designated areas of the body. Flexability is achieved through all the stretching exercises. Relaxation exercises are also taught. Music is used to help motivate you as you Stretch and Tone your body. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat or a rug for floor work. Zoe holds a master of fine arts from U of M and has professionally performed at the DSO, Michigan Opera Theatre, Detroit City Ballet, and Dance Detroit. Additionally, she has served as a fitness instructor for professional athletes and other private individuals. Class levels and class times are subject to change depending on the interest shown at registration. |
